A sign of Riviera Nayarit's growing reputation is the opening of new airline routes and Mexicana Airlines is one of the latest to do so with a new service from San Francisco International Airport to Puerto Vallarta International Airport, non-stop. Mexicana Airlines new non-stop flights between San Francisco and Puerto Vallarta is effective December 3, 2008, and will be in service four times a week.
The new non-stop Mexicana flights depart from San Francisco on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 11:10 a.m. PST, arriving in Puerto Vallarta at 4:10 p.m. From Puerto Vallarta, the flights depart on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 5:30 p.m., arriving in San Francisco at 7:25 p.m. PST.
